Here at The Point Networks we are glad to hear that you are interested in becoming a member of our growing network. We are happy to provide our members with a wide range of services, including E-Mail, Instant Messaging, Complete Domain Hosting, and Much More. We only ask that you conduct yourself in an appropriate manner while utilizing our services and follow a few simple rules.

Users web sites are not permitted to contain any graphically offensive materials, including but not limited to, porn sites, hate sites, and any other inappropriate items. Users who do so will have their sites removed from our networks without notice.
Members must not use their accounts to aid in anything that would be in violation of any federal and local laws. This includes but is not limited to E-Mail and Web Hosting accounts. Users who are in violation of this are subject to the same action as above. We also reserve the right to furnish any information known by us to law enforcement if users engage in illegal practices while utilizing any account issued through us.
Members must not share their accounts with anyone. When you are issued an account, it is issued to the individual applicant and that person only. If you wish to share an account, we have joint accounts available at a nominal fee. Any user that shares their account without permission will be removed from our networks.
Users may upload drivers to our driver library; however, all drivers are virus scanned for the safety of our members.
Members must not tamper with or try to hack into our servers and or networks. Any user who does this will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and have their account removed from our networks permanently.
E-Mail account holders are not permitted to send large volumes of unsolicited E-Mail (better known as Spam) through any E-Mail services that we provide. Members who do so will have their accounts deleted immediately.
You must agree to these terms and conditions in order for an account to be issued to you. Upon issuance of a user account, you are hereby bound to these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. It is the users responsibility to be aware of changes to the terms and conditions.
