Availability
Our wireless internet service is available to Point Gloria Residents within the range of our wireless networking systems. Range and availability
will be determined on an individual basis. As with any form of wireless
transmission, availability may be hindered during periods of inclement weather and other
unforeseen conditions. Indoor wireless communications are less affected by this. A site
survey will be conducted at your location prior to entering any service agreement. We
offer discounted rates to customers that agree to be a wireless substation, to help increase
our network range throughout the building. In those instances, we will provide the wireless
equipment necessary to perform this function. All equipment, although provided through us,
remains our property and is to be returned upon request.
Pricing
The pricing for our deluxe wireless internet service is Only $20.00 per month, with
additional fees for equipment rentals, which are described below. (See Our Equipment
Section) If an account is disconnected for nonpayment after
60 days, reconnection fees are $10.00. If special circumstances prevent you from paying, just contact us. We are willing
to work with you. There is a $15.00 return check fee. Once a member, you have seven days to cancel your service
from the date of activation. We offer this to make sure you are completely satisfied with what we have to offer.
After that, we require that you stay a member for three months. Once the three months has lapsed you can terminate
service at any time or stay as long as you wish.
Equipment
The Equipment Needed Is As Follows:
For Best Performance A Computer With a 200MHZ Or Faster Processor and 64MB Of RAM Or More.
A Wireless 802.11B PCI, USB, PCMCIA Wireless Card
For best performance a wireless card with an external antenna.
Wireless cards can be rented at an additional $1.99 monthly fee and remain the property of the Point Networks.
Equipment that is rented must be returned upon request and/or upon termination of service.
Wireless cards are also available for purchase through us at current industry prices.

Wireless cards that are purchased by our customers through other retailers can also be used;
however, compatability is not guaranteed. Cards purchaced through other retailers must conform
to the specifications listed above.
Requirements
In order to participate in this great service, you must be a resident of The Point Gloria Condominium Complex
or an employee wishing to use the service while in or around Point Gloria.
Users must not use this service to aid in anything that would be in violation of any federal and local laws. Any user who does this will have their user
account terminated without notice. We also reserve the right to furnish any information known to us to law enforcement
if a violation occurs.
Users must not tamper with or hack into any of our servers and or networks. Any user who does this will be removed from
our networks and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Users are not permitted to use our E-Mail system to send large volumes of E-Mail, better known as spam.
Violation of this will result in suspension or termination of E-Mail privilages.
We are not in any way affiliated with The Point Gloria Condominium complex. We are our own entity.
